We specialize in helping customers to successfully deploy accounting and operational systems. We have developed a menu of services, which allow our customers to be successful in their application deployment. These services when used together ensure a timely, complete result.
A successful implementation requires access to qualified resources. Our first level of service is on-site implementation. A project manager is assigned to the customer. This project manager is responsible for coordinating all levels of service as well as providing the on-site consulting. These project managers are expert in the software application being installed. They are certified by the software vendor and have many years experience implementing software solutions. They provide the overall management and planning for the project. They also assist users on-site through training and information transfer.
All users have access to unlimited support through the telephone, email and our web site. Our Company has a dedicated, helpful staff to respond to these customer requests. Every call or email is logged in a database with information about the problem and its successful resolution. We refer to this service as “Training on Demand” since users are able to get their questions answered while working with the application. Most questions are resolved on the first call. Unresolved questions are researched and a call back with the resolution is made as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
“Training on Demand”, although very effective, is not a substitute for a thorough, complete classroom experience. We provide full or half day classes in a training facility near your location. The classroom training allows for a complete presentation and familiarity of all features and techniques needed to use the new application. The classroom environment eliminates interruptions and allows for sharing of ideas and knowledge.
